Anthony-Claret Onwutalobi, a native of Otolo Nnewi, Anambra State-Nigeria. He holds his first Bachelor’s Degrees specializing in Internet, Science and Software Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Wollongong, Australia and graduated with High Distinction and a second bachelor’s degree in International Business and Logistics from Metropolia University; and also had his first Master’s degree in Distributed Systems & Data communication and second master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from LAMK University, with a focus in the fields of international marketing and customer relationship management, Digital Business and Management, Competency Management and Leadership Management and strategic development.

Anthony- Claret is a Software Engineer, a research student in Philosophy and application of intelligent agents technology to e-commerce and e-learning, a Human Rights activist, an entrepreneur, a Humanitarian, a Pan Africanist, a proponent of Social Justice, Equality & and an advocate of the masses.

Anthony-Claret is a leader and has led so many organisations and Associations. During his study years, Anthony-Claret is extensively involved in student politics. He has held leadership positions in number organisations. He was the president of the African Students’ Union in Kuching Sarawak; where he displayed excellent leadership skills and won Best service award in 2004. As president, he organised the First African Convention 2005, in Kuching, Sarawak Malaysia which attracted over 2000 audience both African diplomats, government officials and scholars to discuss issues facing Africans today.

As a pan Africanist, Anthony-Claret has held a host of cultural and charity events and has fought for the rights of Africans citizens in Diaspora. His zeal for helping the underprivileged is commendable. He has dedicated himself to increasing the profile of young African men and women in the university and elsewhere.

Due to his excellent performance in his academic and his administrative skills in leadership, Anthony-Claret was immediately employed by INTI International University College, Sarawak, Malaysia as an Education Counselor and Marketing executive, where he created customised overseas study plans for the university by evaluating student clients’ interests, qualification and financial status and recruited over 300 university student for the university from abroad and through his involvement in teaching, tutoring programmes and seminars in schools and university in Nigeria and overseas, he was actively supporting future prominence of youth engagement and empowerment program in Africa and beyond.

Mr Claret is the founder and CEO of the Codewit Global Network, an international organisation which help communities and youth in Africa with educational development. He is the senior publisher and editor in chief of Codewit World News. Mr Claret publishes and manages the content on Codewit Word News website and associated websites. He’s a writer, IT Expert, great administrator, technology enthusiast, social media lover and an all-around digital guy.

Mr Claret has served as the president of African catholic chaplaincy in Finland and was the Secretary-general of the Igbo union Finland for 7 years. During his service, Mr Claret strives to renew the African image and restore black pride in the world and promotes democracy and human rights. His works have led him increasingly to the conviction that the African people must solve the solution to the African problem. This idea has led to a development of philosophical thought attributed to him called “Codewism”, where he clarified that the solution to African problems lies in eight key principles. Mr Claret is currently the president of Anambra State Association Finland and holds the position of Business Development Officer in the Anambra State Association Europe. Anthony-Claret is a scholar of outstanding disciplines whose passion in community building and grass-root mobilization makes him a very unique resource person within the African community.

His high sense of belonging resulting from the past and present activities in promoting the African heritage and values distinguish him as a special leader to take the ASA Finland forward. Claret believes that equal opportunity for education should be for every African as a key weapon to fight for a new Africa. Therefore, Mr Claret has campaigned and organized educational seminars, conventions and summits in Finland and other parts of Europe on the importance of youth education and used such forum to advance the Youth capacity building, Youth education and empowerment, Youth leadership etc.

In 2018, Mr Claret organised an ASA Europe’s first annual “Diaspora Economic think home Initiative” International Summit in Finland in partnership with ASA Europe that focused on Strategic Engagement with the government in our home state/country on plans for developing our human capital, attracting business and direct investment to sustain the gains we have made over the years. It was the largest and most premier networking event amongst Africans in Finland. The conference offered an expert examination of multi-dimensional industries, with key topics such as Technology, Security, Energy, Health, infrastructure, Manufacturing, Agriculture, capital access and Education.

Claret has featured in the ” Marquis Who’s Who in the 2010 edition of Who’s who in the world in recognition of his achievement. Claret has received numerous awards and recognition’s for his services.
